Structural Adhesive Instrument

The structural sealant compatibility test chamber is used to evaluate the compatibility of structural assembly system components—such as weatherstripping, spacers, gaskets, and fixing blocks—with sealants, as well as to determine the test methods and criteria for assessing compatibility. It is suitable for material selection in architectural curtain wall systems. Changes in adhesion and color after testing are critical indicators for evaluating material compatibility; experience has shown that components that lose adhesion or discolor during testing will exhibit similar behavior in actual service.
