Grouting Mortar Vertical Expansion Rate Tester, Model GJY-1000
The vertical expansion rate tester for grouting expansive mortar is designed in accordance with GB 50119‑2003 (GB 50119‑2013), the Code for Design of Concrete Admixtures. This test method is applicable to the determination of the vertical expansion rate of expansive mortar used for grouting.
The SS-15 digital display mortar permeability tester is used for testing the impermeability of mortar and determining its impermeability grade. It can also be employed to measure the air permeability of building materials and to conduct quality inspections.
Mortar Setting Time Tester, Pointer-Type Digital Display, Model ZKS-100 Mixture Testing Instrument
The ZKS-100 mortar setting time tester is designed in accordance with the industry standard JGJ 10‑90 (Test Methods for Basic Properties of Mortar) and is suitable for determining the setting rate and setting time of wall mortars, expressed in terms of penetration resistance. It is an essential piece of equipment for construction firms and laboratory facilities at educational institutions.
The DL-5000 electronic tensile testing machine is primarily used for tensile testing of construction materials—including mortar, waterproofing membranes, fabrics, paper, waterproof coatings, and waterproof sealing materials—as well as various rubber materials. It can also be employed for evaluating the tensile properties of other non-metallic materials.
LC-546 Type Mortar Air Content Tester
According to the gas law, when a pressure‑equalizing valve is opened or closed between a gas chamber maintained at a constant pressure and a container filled with the test specimen, the pressure in both containers eventually reaches equilibrium. The reduction in pressure of the gas chamber corresponds to the percentage of air content in the mortar, and this value is indicated on the pressure gauge as the air content of the specimen.
I. Product Overview This instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with the “GB 50119-2003 Code for Design of Concrete Admixtures,” and is suitable for determining the vertical expansion rate of grouting‑grade expansive mortar. II. Main Technical Parameters Indicator dial range: 0–12.7 mm; Glass plate dimensions: 140 × 80 × 5 mm; Specimen mold dimensions: 100 mm × 100 mm × 100 mm; Pressing block dimensions: Φ70 × 5 mm, 150 g.
The lateral expansion test chamber is used to determine the lateral expansion of cement concrete mixtures and complies with the standard requirements of JTG 3420-2020, “Test Procedures for Cement and Cement Concrete in Highway Engineering.”
JLD-8538 Pressure-Selection Method Mortar Strength Tester
This instrument is used to determine the compressive strength of masonry mortar. It operates by selecting representative horizontal mortar joints in a masonry structure, extracting mortar core samples to fabricate test specimens, and then subjecting these specimens to a compression test using a compression tester. The measured compressive load is subsequently used to estimate the compressive strength of the masonry mortar. The device complies with the standard requirements of JGJ/T 234-2011, “Technical Code for Determining the Compressive Strength of Masonry Mortar by the Compression Method.” It provides real-time force readings, automatically records peak values, supports data storage and retrieval, and is portable with a rechargeable battery.
