Reliable quality: Reflectance meter C84-III, ratio reflectance tester, and reflectance coating‑film hiding power tester.

I. Product Overview The C84‑III reflectance meter manufactured by our company is a specialized instrument developed to help the coatings, pigments, inks, and other chemical industries comply with international and national standards. It can be used to determine the hiding power of paint films. This instrument fully meets the requirements specified in the international standard ISO 3906:1980(E), as well as the national standards GB/T 13452.3‑92, GB 9270‑88, and GB 5211.17‑88. II. Operating Principle The C84‑III reflectance meter consists of a probe, a main body, a standard plate (one black and one white), and two ceramic working plates (two black and two white). The probe operates on the principle of 0° illumination and diffuse reflection reception. When the reflected light from the sample strikes the surface of a silicon photodiode, it generates an electrical signal that is amplified by a DC amplifier and then displayed as a reading (see the optical path diagram and the instrument block diagram for details). III. Main Technical Parameters 1. Measurement range: 0–100 2. Repeatability: 0.3% 3. Displayed data are directly proportional to the intensity of the reflected light. 4. The instrument’s spectral sensitivity is approximately equal to the product of Sc and Y. 5. Ambient temperature: 20°C ± 5°C; relative humidity < 85%. 6. Input power supply: 220 V ± 10%, 50 Hz.

Rock testing instrument

The stone bending testing machine is used for determining the flexural strength of natural stone. It is equipped with fixtures for both fixed‑moment and concentrated‑load flexural strength tests, making it suitable for assessing the fixed‑moment flexural strength of stones used in architectural curtain walls and interior wall and floor applications, as well as the concentrated‑load flexural strength of stones employed in outdoor plazas and pavements. The equipment complies with the requirements of GB/T 966.2-2020, “Test Methods for Natural Stone—Part 2: Flexural Strength Tests After Drying, Water Saturation, and Freeze–Thaw Cycles.”
