Rubber thermal air aging test chamber
The aging test chamber is designed for industrial and mining enterprises, colleges and universities, biopharmaceutical companies, food-processing facilities, agricultural research institutes, chemical and pharmaceutical manufacturers, medical institutions, and various laboratories to perform powder drying and baking under vacuum conditions. It is particularly well suited for drying heat‑sensitive, easily decomposable, oxidizable materials, as well as products with complex compositions.
I. Product Overview This apparatus evaluates the effects of liquids on rubber by measuring changes in its properties before and after immersion in the test liquid, and is intended for tests in which only one surface of the specimen is in contact with the liquid. It complies with the requirements of GB/T 1690-2010 “Methods for Determining Resistance of Vulcanized or Thermoplastic Rubber to Liquids.” II. Main Technical Parameters 1. I. Product Overview The rubber compression set tester consists of parallel steel plate restrictors and fasteners, conforming to the requirements of GB/T 7759.1-2015 and ISO 815. It is used to measure the deformation of vulcanized and thermoplastic rubbers under normal, elevated, and low temperatures, at a specified compression ratio and for a defined compression duration.
