1. Product Overview This device is manufactured in accordance with Clause 25.4 and Figure 38 of GB 2099.1‑2008, Figure 38 of IEC 60884‑1, VDE 0620, and other relevant standards. It is used to evaluate the dielectric strength of electrical accessories and surface-mounted installation boxes under thermal conditions, and is intended for use in conjunction with a heating chamber. 2. Structural Composition 2. Main Technical Parameters The thermal compression test apparatus consists of a movable pressure block, a fixed pressure block, and a rail support. Each pressure block features a cylindrical surface with a radius of R = 25 mm, rounded corners with a fillet radius of R = 2.5 mm, and a weight of 20 N.

In Image 3, the minimum outer diameter gauges also consist of seven pieces with a manufacturing tolerance of −0.01 mm; their sizes are: gauge sizes 16, 20, 25, 32, 40, 50, and 63, with corresponding inner diameters of 15.7, 19.7, 24.6, 31.6, 39.6, 49.5, and 62.4, and standard thicknesses of 8, 9, 9, 10, 10, 12, and 12. In Image 4, the minimum outer diameter gauges for semi‑rigid and corrugated conduits include seven pieces with a manufacturing tolerance of −0.01 mm; their sizes are: gauge sizes 16, 20, 25, 32, 40, 50, and 63, with corresponding inner diameters of 15.7, 19.7, 24.6, 31.6, 39.6, 49.5, and 62.4, and standard thicknesses of 24, 24, 32, 36, 36, 40, and 40.
