The concrete splitting‑test fixture is manufactured in accordance with GB/T 50081‑2002, “Standard for Test Methods of Mechanical Properties of Ordinary Concrete.” In the splitting tensile strength test of concrete, cubic or cylindrical specimens are used; a uniformly distributed compressive load is applied in the central plane of the specimen, generating an approximately uniform tensile stress within the vertical plane of the applied force. This tensile stress can be calculated based on elastic theory. Cubic specimens measuring 150 mm × 150 mm × 150 mm are employed as standard test specimens.
