Heating system
Far-infrared nickel-alloy high-speed heater: 2 kW × 2, heating rate of 1.0–3.0 °C/min, with independent high-temperature control to prevent mutual interference during alternating tests.
Control system
Imported microcomputer‑based integrated temperature and humidity controller: employs a P.I.D. + S.S.R. coordinated control system, with an accuracy of ±0.1 °C, supports 120 programs and 12,000 steps of memory storage, and features automatic calculation and correction functions.
Human–Machine Interaction: 7-inch HD touchscreen, supports switching between Chinese and English, real-time curve display, and historical data playback (with the ability to store up to 600 days of data).
Enclosure structure
Inner liner: SUS304 stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance; outer shell: A3 steel plate with a painted finish, aesthetically pleasing and easy to clean.
Insulation layer: 100 mm thick ultra-fine glass fiber wool, designed to minimize heat loss.
Observation Window: Multi-layer vacuum‑tempered glass with a built-in conductive film, allowing clear visualization of the testing process.
